Reviewed by: Darklight Idiot Stare impressed me with their debut release "Blinded" and this follow up is even better in my opinion. The band has matured and makes even tighter more polished music. They blend energetic dance floor electronic rhythms and beats, melodic synth melodies, thrashy guitars, hard driving drum beats and pissed off growling distorted vocals all into structured songs that just rock. Each track found on this album is excellent. Some songs are techno based with clubs in mind while others are pure dark aggressive rage. Everything delivered here will either make you want to dance or smash something. There are no slow boring love songs here. This album starts off energy fueled and never lets up. There are mixtures of punk and metal here with excellent uses of electronics that are not just added as filler. This music is loud, noisy and violent. These songs stay with you long after you listen to them. If you want some extremely kick ass heavy aggressive industrial music this Idiot Stare album isfor you.

Reviewed by: Darklight Thrashing guitars, heavy drum beats, electronics, synths, samples, and distorted vocals create the music found here. This is very electronic guitar punk music. Every song on this album rocks. There are a lot of songs here, and they each sound different. Some are hard and heavy with a lot of guitar, while others are a bit more relaxed with electronics and synths taking center stage. Each song is very catchy landing somewhere between dance floor grooves and mosh pit madness. The bottom line is that this music is hard and fierce. This is easily some of the best Cyber-Core music that I have ever heard before. No fan of hard-core guitar driven industrial music should be without this album in their collection.
