This is a Penal Colony remix album. Penal Colony's "Put Your Hands Down" album was good, but it didn't have enough cyber sound to it. So I was excited to find out that Cleopatra released a Penal Colony album full of remixes by other great cyber bands in the industry. However, I got excited over nothing. The Front Line Assembly and Leæther Strip remixes are the only good ones on the entire album. The Psychic TV, Spahn Ranch, and T.H.D. remixes are just plain crap. They managed to suck the energy out of the original versions of the songs. Front Line Assembly and Leæther Strip did it right. They took Penal Colony's better songs, and made them very cyber. Too bad they didn't do all of the remixes. Because if they did, this album would have kicked major ass.

This is electro punk music all the way. It's fast paced with grueling guitar attacks, and mosh pit beats. This is a full band with a singer, guitarist, bassist, drummer, and programmer. So it's basically punk music with slight electronic touches and distorted vocals. There are a few samples thrown in now and then, too. The best songs on this album are "Halidified", "Product", "Blue 9", "Drawn And Quartered", "Reconciled", "Insemin", "Among The Living", and "Warsaw". These songs rock and are extremely catchy with kick ass rhythms, beats, and singing. The other five songs on this album are listenable, but don't stand out.
