This is about as brutal and intense as music gets. It's made up of thrashy guitars, deep bass, harsh drum assaults and extremely angry psycho mad screaming/shouting male vocals. This is hard and heavy music that will knock your ass to the floor. While this band releases some of the most intense pent up rage ever, they manage to do it with variety and creativity. The majority of the music is created with guitars, bass and drums; but there are electronic sounds mixed in as well. The rhythms and beats are done well, and there's even times when the singer calms down long enough to sing with melody. Every song does play at a fast and furious pace with pure raw aggression and madness. But they each still manage to sound unique enough to make them all entertaining. This band will most likely appeal to those who like bands such as KORN, LIMP BIZKIT, STAIND, etc. If you want some extremely harsh and brutal metal music with slight industrial elements such as electronic sounds and samples, get this Slipknot release.
