Strategy is best known for his work with the band Trylok. This his debut solo release, and it's simply amazing. He creates electronic music that is a work of art. There's so much variety and creativity in the music delivered here that it's incredible. There are layers upon layers of different sounds and effects coming and going in every direction possible. Behind all of the programming are beautiful light ambient soundscapes that are mesmerizing. Strategy manages to mix together fast paced dance floor ready rhythms and beats with inventive and harmonic melodies. So while the music is energetic, it's also extremely interesting and creative. Strategy's vocals are both emotional and powerful. He has an excellent deep accented voice that sings with melody and blends perfectly with the music. The lyrics in the songs are well written with a lot of passion and feeling in what is said. The surprise track here is a cover of the Metallica song "The Unforgiven". It's an incredible electro-indusrial version of the song with Strategy performing the singing perfectly. If you like electro-industrial or EBM music, this Strategy CD is a must.
