This band sounds like a glam rock band using electronics and synths in their music. The lead singer has an extremely whiney high pitched voice that gets on your nerves quickly. The music is basic 80's glam rock with pig squeeling guitar riffs, repetitive drum beats, and electronics that sound like an afterthought. There are eight songs that rock, one balad, and one instrumental. All of the lyrics in the songs are extremely generic. It's as if they are just words that were put together because they rhyme. I have no idea why Vertex decided to even put electronics in their music if all they planned on doing was creating an overall glam rock sound. Someone should have probably told them that just adding electronics to generic rock music does not make you an industrial band. This band reminds me a lot of other rock bands such as Econoline Crush and Thorn which only use electronics in the background of their music. Unless you like glam rock music, stay away from this album.
